press release

2015 marks the 20th anniversary of the foundation of Halle für Kunst, something which we don’t want to let pass unnoticed. We will duly celebrate this anniversary with a six-week festival. But 20 years are not just a number, they are filled with projects and exhibitions of artists, theorists and curators who have shaped the programme and thus the image of Halle für Kunst. We therefore invited persons associated with Halle für Kunst to each organise one evening of the festival. This has resulted in a broad range of performances, screenings, lectures, workshops, concerts, miniature exhibitions and readings, with each evening establishing a connection to Halle für Kunst’s 20-year history.
