The title Croatia – Austria – Return represents the alliance of two European countries, which once used to share common cultural roots, and then developed in different directions due to the political situation, and whose paths are currently crossing again under new auspices.

The projected exhibition offers Croatian – Boris Cvjetanovića, Sandro Đukić, Marko Tadić and Slaven Tolj – and Austrian - Diana Deu, Claudia-Maria Luenig, Viktors Svikis and Marko Zink - contemporary Art, a mix of sculpture, paintings, installation, video-art and photography. In terms of a socio-political context something that biologists refer to as”osmosis“might take place. In times of political and economic upheaval, we should use the opportunity to question systems and grant options to utopian ideas. There is a simple as convincing reason: we need to look out for new chances.
