Unsettled

Seen through the recent production of eight South African photographers, the exhibition focuses on the intense changes South Africans have experienced over the last decade. Although many of these changes are not visually apparent it is, nevertheless, obvious that the increasing consensus in South Africa about dealing critically with the past and constructing the present allows for photographers to participate actively in the process of national constitution and rediscovery.

The exhibition presents works by Jodi Bieber, Adam Broomberg & Oliver Chanarin, David Goldblatt, Santu Mofokeng, Jo Ractliffe, Guy Tillim and Nontsikelelo 'Lolo' Veleko.
