Aino Aalto (Aino Marsio Aalto, 1932 born in Helsinki / Finland, died 1949 in Helsinki / Finland) was an architect. Together with her husband Alvar Aalto she was one of the greatest furniture designers of the 20th century. Since the 1930s years they developed an organic language for our living culture and designed a system of curved stools, chairs, armchairs and tea carts, glass vases and glass bowls, which from then on were included in the collection of the MOMA New York.
