Eileen Quinlan (b. 1972, Boston, Massachusetts), based in New York City, is an artist and photographer. Themes of her work are mortality, fertility, sexuality, motherhood, storms, mass shootings and the specter of terrorism. She expands the texture of the photographic surface by editing and partially destroying it. Eileen Quinlan studied at Columbia University in New York and at the School of Fine Arts at Tufts University, Boston.
