Ellen Harvey (1967 Farnborough, Kent, UK) is a painter, cartographer and conceptual artist. Her work includes sculptural installations, mirror engraving, video works, street art projects, paintings, drawings and street art projects. In many works she deals with institutional critique, in which she wants "to seduce people into thinking". Ellen Harvey studied at Harvard College, at Yale Law School, at Hochschule der Künste in Berlin and participated in the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program and PS1 National Studio Program.
