Hung Liu (b. 1948, Changchun, Jilin Province), based in San Francisco) is a Professor Emirita at Mills College. She studied at Beijing Normal University; Mural Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts; and at the University of California, San Diego under Allan Kaprow.
