Sofia Hernandez Chong Cuy

Sofía Hernández Chong Cuy is the director of Witte de Witt in Rotterdam from 1st January 2018. Before she was the curator of contemporary art at Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros since 2011. 2013 she was the artistic director and chief curator of the 9th Mercosul Biennial in Porto Alegre, Brasil and an agent of documenta 13 in 2012. 2009 to 2010 she was the director of Museo Tamayo in Mexico City and prior to this curator and programs manager at Art in General and associate curator at Americas Society in New York.
