Tarek Atoui (b. 1980, Lebanon), based in Paris, is a musician, sound artist and electro-acoustic composer. He works in the field of sound performance and sound composition, developing complex and original instruments and arranging and curating interventions, concerts and performances.
In 2012 he participated at documenta 13 in Kassel, in 2014 at the 8th Berlin Biennale and in 2016 at Bergen Assembly. In 2019 he will participate at the 58. Venice Biennale.
