CHE GUEVARA: Revolutionary and Icon

The famous portrait of Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, Guerrillo Heroico, photographed by Alberto Korda on March 5, 1960, is considered to be the most reproduced image in the history of photography. This exhibition will focus on the history and legacy of that single image over the past 45 years bringing together photography, posters, films, fine art and clothing from more than thirty countries - from Madonna's album American Life and Jean-Paul Gaultier's sunglasses campaign to Vik Muniz's Che Frijol and Ricky Gervais's Politics dvd.
