FRONT's debut show features three artists who work with themes of time, passion and devotion.

Marion Coutts´ new work Mirror (2004) is composed of shedded images of deep space. Comprised of multiple shades of black, her elliptical wall piece reflects on notions of eternity.

Anna Lucas' film projection captures fragments of time and moments of clarity. Lucas utilises the saturated colours and subjective quality of Super-8 cine film to evoke the processes of memory.

Emma Bennett's new paintings depict frozen moments of intimacy. Selected stills of love-making scenes from mid-1970s cinema are fused with the la nguage of Dutch still life.
