Maurice Frydman

The French word “Plasticités” can refer both to the art of shaping forms and to the qualities of the materials used. It is eminently suitable for the work of Maurice Frydman, a contemporary visual artist who, more than twenty years ago, discovered the artistic merits of a number of everyday plastic materials that were just begging to be turned to different ends.
