WALLSPACE TO DEBUT “MY ONE AND ONLY” A PROJECT SERIES OF WEEKLONG CURATED SHOWS FEATURING ONE WORK OF ART AND AN ESSAY; COMPREHENSIVE CATALOGUE TO ACCOMPANY EXHIBITION

Wallspace is pleased to announce “My One and Only,” a series of weeklong exhibitions that will run throughout the month of July. Each week Wallspace has asked one artist or curator to select one work of art that has been particularly meaningful and influential, and for that week the gallery will exhibit that piece and that piece only, in conjunction with a short essay written by the selector describing their interaction with the work and its impact on them and on their practice. It is our hope that this format will provide a uniquely slow experience in the gallery, encourage a different kind of interaction with one work of art, and foster an intimate conversation between the selector and the public. A limited edition catalogue will be available at the gallery that will include all of the works and essays from the series.
