Discussing and looking at nature, fomenting dialogues between art and science and seeking new alternatives for sustainable development are the main goals of the Second International Conference Art and Nature. Art, as form of sensitive knowledge , can make men aware of the possibilities and difficulties of our relationship with the environment . In currently techno-scientific context , art is related to science and both may contribute to thinking nature. In the second edition of the Conference , which will take place in April 2014 , we intend to broaden the approaches to the topic , inviting artists and experts from different countries. There will be two exhibitions , performances, one concert and an international video screening show. Exhibition and screening will happen simultaneously at Paço das Artes and at the Biblioteca Brasiliana USP.
