Kazem Hakimi

Kazem Hakimi (b. 1960, Shiraz, Iran) moved to Oxford in the 1980s and studied Civil Engineering at Oxford Polytechnic, where he spent most of his time in the Photography department, mastering his art over the last 30 years.
